Follow these steps to get your RMA:

  1. Fill out the form below.
  2. Print the form. You will be redirected to a webpage with your form submission, and a copy will be emailed to you. Print the form, and include it with the encoder you're sending in.
  3. We will contact you with a repair estimate after your encoder has been evaluated.
NOTE: Don't send an encoder in without this form – we need to know who to contact about repairs.

For Immediate Assistance

We can often troubleshoot problems with your EPC encoder over the phone and determine if a repair is needed.

Note: Customers calling between 5:00 am to 7:00 am Pacific Time could be assisted by the staff of British Encoder Products Company, our European facility.
