Year-End Maintenance? Already?

Ready for 2017?

Can you believe 2016 is almost over? It's already time to think about year-end maintenance, replacing equipment, and maybe using up that 2016 budget!

If you've got rotary encoders that are ready to be retired, we can help. At EPC, when you need to cross-reference an encoder, you get personalized help from our encoder experts. We've compiled a vast database, and can usually cross-reference your encoder that day. In fact, we can often build and ship out a replacement the SAME DAY. That's right - you can have your replacement encoder the NEXT DAY. And we don't shut down over the holidays.*

Here are three of our best replacement options for standard size encoders.

Models 15S and 15T/H

Models 15S and 15T/H
One of our most popular encoders, our low-profile Model 15 is just 1.5" in diameter, and just 1.0" in height. With resolutions to 10,000 CPR, extended temperature ranges available, and sealing up to IP64, Model 15 encoders can go almost anywhere. The Model 15S offers 9 different mounting options; the Model 15T/H offers 5 mounting options, and is available in both thru and hollow bore.

Model 25T/H Model 25T/H
A single solution encoder for 2.0" to 3.5" encoders, the Model 25T/H features the largest thru-bore available in a 2.5” encoder, mounting directly on shafts as large as 1.125" (28 mm). And it's available in both thru and hollow bore. This encoder can also be ordered with motor kits, making it a simple replacement solution for motors.

There's no other programmable Size 25 Shaft Encoder on the market that's this flexible. With EPC's optional programming module, users can select from 6 different output types, choose from 32 waveforms, and program any resolution from 1 to 65,536 CPR. The Model 25SP is so versatile, you'll want to keep a few on your shelf.

Remember, our cross-reference service is so fast, we can often ship out the same day. If you're in a bind, we can help. Contact us today.

*We will be closed Thursday-Friday, November 24-25 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. And for the Christmas Holiday, we'll be closed Friday, December 23rd, and Monday, December 26th.
